Isn't this kind of a pretentious question? How can we possibly know what people, outside of the obvious close ones, will actually miss us when we're dead?

I'd like to be pretentious myself and say that everyone I've ever met would miss me.. but that would be a lie. I guarantee some of my closest friends wouldn't even miss me. My mother and several siblings wouldn't miss me since they barely even knew me. I guess my closer family and friends would be the only people I could really say I know would miss me.
