The reason why I can not believe in multiple dimensions is if I decided to not post in this thread could it really be enough to create a parallel. Every action and outcomes to ever take place would cause can infinite dimensions that would be duplicating at an unprecedented rate. I not only find this thought difficult but do not rate our significance(or any other worldly body to have ever existed) high enough to influence dimensions.

In fact, think about it this way - if we were to assume that time is linear, then wouldn't that make free will moot? Non-existent? No matter what we decide to do, the end result will be the same.
Yes, it may be that determinism decides to put its foot down every now and again, but I refuse to believe that it has the final say in everything, that it is already decided that I will do certain things before I have even done them. I find it much more believable that there is a degree of free will, that different outcomes are created from the possible choices I take.
