BTW, what time zones do you all live in? I'll establish the draft windows based on where everyone lives (if we all live in the US, I can just say everyone has 8 hours to pick, and that the 8 hour clock pauses between 9:00 PM and 7:30 AM Pacific Standard time (meaning that you can still pick during that time, but you don't have to worry that you'll get skipped then, because your clock won't run out).
