hahaha Sometimes I feel like an old Grandpa
but in all seriousness I would swear about 98% of time just being Idle after retirement is what really does a person in. I've got a few relatives I love to use as an example. The ones that retired and just slothed around the house died off easily 3 times faster than the ones who got up at the butt crack of dawn and mowed their lawns for no apparent reason other than to irritate the neighbors.
I suppose accomplishing tasks no matter how minuscule in life helps keep us alive...sorta gives a purpose to exist I suppose. But eh, to each is own.
