You're not going to find somebody to code your program for free... unless you find a sucker.. I suggest taking freelance bids for your project and going from there. Most people are looking for quick cash, not a long partnership with possibly no profit in the end.

Thanks so much. I am having a hard time because I have no idea where to even start. I wouldn't mind paying someone to write it for me, I just don't even know where to begin looking. I also want someone who won't just take my money and run. I need someone who would be around if there is any problems or when its time to upgrade.
