Uh, I'd imagine anything that can be used to create a program that fits the users needs. VB .net, C++, Perl, etc.

chugger n. A clipboard-wielding charity collector who stalks Britain's pavements wearing a luminous bib and relieving passers by of their valuables, loose change, spare time etc. From charity + mugger.

I would have to agree with that. What ever the company wants to have the program written in is the language that will be used. I have VB.net, C++, Java, C# and there are more out there. So there really is not one main language that is used. Sometimes it will be a combination of languages. Just whatever the business wants.

If it is a more graphical thing I would go with Java otherwise C++ but thats my opinion
