I've always been a fan of Pollock. Not so much for his work, but for his determination and belief in what he did.
There are actually a few new artists I like too. One who sells her work on eBay is "The Raw Artist" I'll have to dig for the other names.

I don't think I have a particular painter who I find inspiring, but I definately enjoy seeing Da Vinci's works, not only his paintings.

Bored out of my mind.

I like Monet's seascapes, and Georgia O'Keeffe's... er, flowers

I dream of a world in which chickens can cross the road and no one questions their motives.

My favorite one is Lichtenstein (he mainly worked in inks and did pop art).

I got interested in his art back in High school. I have one of his smaller pieces called "The enemy would have been warned" One of my favorite works by him.

I would like to own more, but his works are now a big thing in the pop art revival that is going on right now. So the prices for his works are going through the roof.

Oh well there is always lithographs of his works.
