Mine is sitting in my entertainment center. The only system I don't have out right now is my Genesis/32x/Sega CD.

Wow. I learned something today. I didn't know there were more than one version. I had the wood looking one with 4 switches on top. I only had a few games for it though, and would spend hours playing asteroids. That game annoyed me to no end, but it was so much fun.

As far as I can remember, my brother took it onces I got my NES and I have no idea what happened to it. He probably tried taking it apart and broke it or something.

I still have the wood styled console with the four switches. Honestly, I didn't know there were any other versions of the 2600. What did the others look like?

I got the woodie 4 switch. 2 stock controllers, 2 paddles, 2 large joysticks and about 40-50 games. I love the little thing.

My first console too... its a classic and everbody thinks NES is first video game console but really its Atari 2600.I had every single game for it because both my dad and mum worked in Atari.Then they worked in Nintendo so i had almost every NES
