As I stated in another thread my big one is when sellers wait until you leave them feedback before they leave you yours. Hey I paid...I did my part! Whatcha waiting for? (of course my other is when none is left at all)! Another is people who start an auction for retail (or above) when the item is available in stores. Sure I don't bid on these but come on! This isn't a retail store it's an auction site. (ok, for some it IS a retail store but when I can go down the street, buy my item, not pay shipping and get it cheaper then why would I bid on your auction)? Sadly people do. Ohhh another one! Auctions that say "feel free to ask questions" and when you do they never answer you. Had one lady who replyed about a week after auction closed saying she was sorry but was busy. Ummm well ya lost a bid lady! Think I'm done now but I'm sure there are more floating around in my brain waiting to come out.....like why the heck isn't my pic showing up on here? Put in like 3 or 4 so far and zip.....

What was the pixel size, it has to be at least 64 x 64. Those are my pet peeves also. I hear ya.

Oh wow! I really hate it when people dont leave feedback also! I am a seller and I will leave feedback after payment, then I am waiting for like.....25....30 feedbacks! They get the item, enjoy the item, and I have to wait forever, and sometimes never get the feedback. Which can really be aggravating, when the item is always shipped the day of or the day after payment!

Also, I hate people who hit buy it now, and then never contact me and never pay. That is really bad, because I have had to pay to list it, then pay the sellers fees, then have to pay to relist it again.

Also, "watchers", it is really aggravating when I have tons of items go off, without bids, but they had watchers, I mean what is this? I could have added more time, but since my item had watchers I didnt! Then when I relist the item I have to add to the price to keep me from loosing out. Then no one buys it, and I am screwed again!

Oh, and one more thing! It really bothers me when people try to contact me outside of ebay to try to buy something. Does anyone read the rules????????

Can't you report them as a non paying bidder and get the eBay fees refunded?

I might could, but then that takes from the time that I could be selling it to someone ese. I like to go on and relist it so I can sell it than to leave it sitting in here collecting dust while I wait to see if they are going to go on and pay for it, or what. I will have to check on it!

Auctioners DO NOT leave feedback as soon as "buyer" has payed... they wait to see what the "buyers" feedback and make there feedback relate to the the "buyers" problem...

I cannot count how many auctions I have won, where I didnt recieve feedback till I the "buyer" left feedback... I think eBay should take care of this problem, because if you are unhappy with your auction and leave negative feedback, they do the same to you, even though you payed for the auction 5 minutes after you won it!!!

You do everything right, and you get screwed, leave feedback, and then you still get "Negatives" because the "Seller" wasnt REQUIRED to leave feedback, until you give them a POSITIVE, which most ripoff artists want...

the ONLY negatives I have on my account are because one person didnt tell the bidders of the auction that they could only accept "credit payments" (IE no debit payments ect) so when I won the auction and I got a PayPal refusement 4 times I got left a NEG Feedback...

the other was because I left NEG Feedback on a auction I payed for as soon as I won it, but because I left negative, I recieved negative... According to the auction all games were "Cleaned and Tested" when I got the games, they had COBWEBS in them... I used half a pack of 300 Q-Tips cleaning those games... and I also got riped off on shipping cost (see topic about this)

I have to say that I am a seller who does leave the feedback after the payment. Sometimes it isnt untill I am printing out the label to ship the item, but I do always leave the feedback. I feel that I can always add a reply to feedback that I left incase someone wants to claim that they didnt get it or something stupid like that, since I do always ship with "delivery confirmation" I just wish that people would leave my feedback as soon as they get the item, and not wait 50 days, or forever! :)

Amen to that! Exactly what I've been bitc...errr complaining about! 99.9% of the time I pay for an item within hours (minutes?)...or at the most maybe 1/2 a day from the end of an auction. It's not just the rip offs doing this either. Like I've said before I buy a lot of new kids clothes and it's the Moms doing it too! When I sell I leave feedback as soon as I see they've paid.

I just get annoyed when people don't read your terms. When I ship only to US, people from other countries should not bid. I have to contact Ebay, relist, lose out some listing fees, etc. Such a hassle that could have been avoided if someone would just READ.
