You get extra points for spelling Koenigsegg corectly. ;)

Apparently Bugatti threw down the gauntlet recently regarding the Ultimate Aero. They claim the Aero is still "unofficially" the fastest production car in the world. Even though it squeaked by the Veyron in speed tests, SSC has yet to actually sell a single car. Apparently they aren't taking orders, and they refuse all offers to purchase one.

Bugatti has even attempted to purchase an Aero from SCC -- obviously, they were denied. :P So I guess until SCC can prove it's actually selling its car, Bugatti is claiming their Veyron still owns the record for fastest production car in the world.

But if someone gave me an Aero... I wouldn't gripe. ;)

Woot for the extra point!

I didn't know no one was buying the Aero. Regardless of whether or not it is the fastest production car in the world is irrelevant to me. I think it is just an awesome looking car! Besides, have you seen how fast it can go on the youtube videos of it? Absolutely mind boggling!

Thumbs up

The list doesnt end...

(No Specific Order)

Ariel Atom - quick as hell
Lamorghini Mercielago LP640 - its intimidating style
Zonda F - all the noise, noise, NOISE!
Lotus Exige S 240 - nimble & quick = brilliant
Aston Martin DB9 - quite sexy
Ford GT - not bad for a kind of-American car
'70 Plymouth Cuda - just to throw a powerful classic in there
Koenigsegg CCXR - though if I'm not mistaken, Top Gear destoryed the only one...
Ferrari F430 Scuderia - simply brilliant...
Ferrari 250 GTO - aparrently I can sell one for nearly $30 million, now

I dunno, there's just so much out there...
