Old V8 muscle cars are American. So not only are they rare in England, but the insurance on a 6.something litre engine is going to rape him up the arse pretty bad.

Well he can find a 4 cylinder or something. I just suggested V8 because we can get them here all day long for a couple hundred dollars. I forget where people are sometimes. It shouldn't be a problem for him to find a 4 cylinder.
