Scion Tc

Alright guys here's the story. I've currently got a standard Hyundai Elantra (2000) and only spent 1500 on it. It's been an alright car, nothing I've been dying to drive, but something that got me where I needed to. The clutch went out on it awhile ago and we spent another 1000 just to fix it. Now the engines crappin' out on me. I figure I've been as patient as I can with this car, I've already almost doubled what I paid for it, and I know to get it running smoothly again I'm lookin at basically trippling my initial payment.

The more I think about it the more I think I need to get a new car. I've been looking around, and I've heard a lot of good things with the scion tC. Personally I absolutely love the look, and I'm looking for a mid-low budget car with atleast decent performance. It's something I'm looking to be able to customize myself and work on.

What do you guys think? Are there better, reliable, and cost-effective options? Help me out here!

Well I've been doing that, and it seems like a completely logical purchase. Especially since I can fully customize it the way I'm looking for and stay under my budget. Even with some performance enhancements. So I don't know. Of course everything looks better than my Elantra.

It's a pretty damn good car. Styling isn't bad, it's reliable, has a decent warranty, and gets pretty good gas mileage. I'd say if you were thinking about getting one then it's definitely a good choice. And then down the road say you wanna spruce it up some, well there are a ton of aftermarket parts available.

I saw that. I messed around on their site and stylized it up I wanted, threw in performance clutch, and the air intake, and it was like 22k. So I thought it was pretty good deal. That came with basically everything I wanted, except the full performance enhancements I as thinking about.
