My Mood:
Well now don't knock mopeds. I just don't think they would be good if you have to go on the interstate. Around town they are excellent because I see them riding around in the bike lane. Downtown is the best place for them and I see more and more now because parking is horrendous and our supposed bus system still isn't all the way back up. It just about shut down last year because the new owners didn't have money for it. I found that hilarious considering the city owns it now.

I remember this one dude on his moped and I wish I had gotten a picture because he had his feet propped up and was chatting on the cell phone with no care in the world. It was priceless.

I wasn't knocking them, I just don't really see how they are beneficial when you can find a car for less money and you can do more with it.

Mopeds are fun. I think you should go for it, just be safe. This guy i know that lives down the street won the lottery and that was the one thing he got. He use to always walk everywhere for as long as i'v known him. He seems just as happy with his moped.
