Anyone Recommend Buying?

Despite the *stupid* mistake I mentioned yesterday with getting jittery and selling gold at a really bad time is anyone recommending buying it now? How high is it expected to go in... say 3 years?

Are you talking about real estate or gold? If you're talking about real estate, I think this is going to be a great time to buy. Whenever it dips, you're purchasing property that not overinflated in cost to add to your portfolio. Just invest more in rentals so you can gain an income as you hold.

Well, as you pointed out, it has its ups and downs. I would think while it's relatively low would be a great time to buy. I know it made it up to $800/oz within the last couple years, and there's no reason to think it won't do that again in the next few.

Yes, I know.... and we sold at less than half of that. Now that it's so high again, it really irks me to buy more when we'd have to pay so much, even if it keeps going up.
