Alright, well the entries are both finished, and all the judges are present...

I'll post them for judging as soon as I can (I'm having problems with my internet... when I have internet that works using the computer at my house, I don't have the image to upload, and when I have the image to upload at my computer at my apartment, the internet breaks constantly and I can't upload it).

Alright, the entries are finally up! Judges... you know the routine...

Hmmm another toughy...

Lets see..

Entry 1: Very good composition and layout. Very nice use of different photoshop techniques and brushing. The card could have used a bit more work. It looks to crisp and clean, dosen't fit in will with the rest of the image. Nice typography though. I really enjoy seeing text used the right way.

Entry 2: First thing I instantly noticed, and was instantly turned off by was the text. The font doesn't fit in at all, and the box around the text totally seperates it from the rest of the image. Also the font color and box color are just an ugly grey. You have so many very nice colors used in the rest of the design, then you have the grey =/ The colors and the use of the black and white are amazing, and done really well.

Both images are very good, however each has something that just turns me off and makes it very hard to decide. (ie the note card and the text/text box)

Vote: Entry 2. As much as I hate the text and that text box, I love the colors to much.

Ah ****... and after all the internet troubles, I uploaded the wrong version... didn't even realize untill Ds136's comment about the text... borrowed my friend's flashdrive and internet though and got the right one up:

I know it's probably not very fair for me to put a modified image up after the voting has started, so if you think it's cheating just don't click it and judge based on the version in the first post. If you don't think it matters (it's not THAT different), use this one.

1: Im usually not a fan of red but you made it work somehow, the shade i guess, it just appeals to me greatly. And i happen to be in a touchy feely mood lol so the card works for me as well.

2.The mix of colors were tooo much of a mix. Too much goin on at once color wise, and the rest is just swirls which i dont exactly find interesting.

Entry 1: I like your theme.. Just the letter is a turn off. Big one. It just looks to fake.But I am really feeling the red.. it's sick!

Entry 2: I like colors and varitey.I like how it goes smooth and clean to rough and griddy. Pretty coool stuff.

sorry, for being late, well both are preety unique and cool I might say, but the second one to me seemed really great, I liked the feel of it for some reason and it looked really proffesional, so good job to whoever made that, I like the first one too but its a little simple to me and the outer glow on the paper note looked cheezy, but the idea was good..
