Im watching the bount arc right now and i know Lunar did a better job in terms of video quality than Dattabayo. The images are sharper with lunars videos.

However, the animation quality as a whole with the series seems to have dropped. Theres less detail in the characters less shadows and more of the fight seens are still frames. It seems evident they have less frames per second.


Has anyone else noticed this? Was there budget limited in the Bount arc being a filler series?

I dont know anything about budget limitations, but I didnt really notice a difference, then again im not that observant sometimes. I also watched fansubs from the Triumph and Bleach Society and they were decent.

I didnt know about Triumph. Are theres anygoood?

I know about bleach-society and i have dled a bit from them. I really think they are 3rd rate subs. (Dattabayo is second rate).

Well after watching a big "fight scene" between Koga and the capatain in the bount arc and then comparing it to bankai fight in the Save Rukia arc earlier in the series.

I would have to say the animation quality dropped not just alittle but significantly.

Honestly theres no detail and less frames they look like almost two different studies did the drawings.

I wonder if there was just a budget slash for the filler arc.
