Bonjour!
Since blogging about my real life won't generate much interest unless you're a stay-at-home parent and think that baby poop is a big event, I decided to write about GF life instead, hence the gfisms series. Enjoy!

GFisms 28: Archives

It's another year in GF town.
That is, for me. When I started GFisms I've been here for only three months, hyper with my 18 friends.
Mayor Rick has surprised me with the launching of new glasses designed to match my house painting. There was also the 24 hour display of a festive banner, made by Gymru, that was hard to miss unless you're new in town.
Some say it's a manifestation of how I've become a point of interest in town since my arrival. I think it's a manifestation of my own interest in town. My uncle told me when I was a little girl suffering from apathy and feelings of being left out, "To be interesting, be interested". It's a two-way street.
So what interests me about GF? It's history, its people and their relationships, the things that change and those that don't, inside jokes, etc. The interaction I've had with others help build information but they're more mental notes.
The better ones are those I can consult from time to time. The archives! So here's a compilation of some of the GF related threads that could be interesting (I know some find them pointless) to revisit. Most of them are survey types and it's likely that people would have a different response to them after a certain period of time. I know I would have changed my answer if I were asked now. :)
In other news:
Tom won the invite-a-foreigner contest organised by Mayor Rick despite the impressive performance of OCB. Runners-up were Bagels, Wit and Reeve.
Beardy and Moe are no longer with the law enforcement team. They are missed. Speaking of missing, I wonder where Hon is. Zane has also completely ignored inquiries about him and this has disappointed Gayos and Justine.
Bon is active again and has been reinstated in the High Society through Sugar's sponsorship.
It looks like Willow and I aren't the only ones who suffer from overstuffed mailbox. Yes, I notice those things. I'm a nosey neighbor.
