The Hunt for Red October

My first Tom Clancy book. I read it in two sittings over two days. I really got immersed in the book and I don't think I've ever taken that kind of time to keep myself interested.

Anyone else read Tom Clancy, and if you do should I read the books in chronological order, or the order that Clancy wrote them?

Kiss my shiny metal ass!

I haven't read Clancy, but I want to. I think I would really like his style from everything I've heard so far. I'm like you though, if I start a good book, I can't put it down. I will read it until either A, I finish, or B, something comes up that makes me stop.
