Apparently she hasn't made enough money from the books. Now she has nothing better to do than to try to collect $50,000 from a religious event in New Delhi, India for creating a reproduction of Hogwart's Castle. The reproduction was made out of canvas, papier mache and bamboo according to the following article:

The India court that she filed the lawsuit through has also rejected this claim. It does seem like a valid case, but, I doubt there is much she can do about it if the case was thrown out.

She might be able to take it to an international court, but there isn't really much of a point to it. I'll bet it's more the lawyers than her.
