I've read that, and I would say it's worth your time!

I've also read The Talisman... a stephen king novel. It was pretty long.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is the longest I've read, 600 or so pages.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire I'd assume, because it's pretty big. That's the highest I've read up to in that series.

A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn, which is about 700. Order of the Phoenix was similar pagewise but had much larger print (the American version burns paper like mad with the font size and margins).

I read the abridged version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, which was 500 pages. At some point I'll read the full version, which is about 2500.

Nice. I read Inferno over the summer. My grandmother just gave me the full thing (old version too, I'm psyched) and I'll tuck in at some point. Tell me how Purgatorio and Paradiso are, I've heard mixed things about them.

I would say The Lord of the Rings as a trilogy. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was fairly long as well.

The Brothers Karamazov comes to mind, although it probably isn't the longest book I've ever read, if you read it, you know how long it seems. That's not to say that it isn't good or worth reading, though, and if you don't mind the wordiness, I'd recommend it. I must have read at least three other books while reading through it, which is something I rarely do.

I read The lod of the rings trilogy
I read Ken Follet's World without End which is over 1000 pages.
I'm reading Ken Follet's The Pillars of the Earth also over 1000 pages.

Ideally 500 pages is good enough for me.
I also read Jean M. Auel's books though not in English and each book was 600+ pages
