I just picked up Cormac McCarthy's The Road. I loved the movie No Country For Old Men so I figured I would read the next book of his that's being turned into a film.

Wizard's First Rule by Terry Goodkind.

It's interesting, but a slow start. I'm having trouble getting into it.

I'm reading Naamah's Kiss by Jacqueline Carey, as well as Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. I normally don't read two books at once, but I was only about halfway through Frankenstein when Carey's newest book came out and I just couldn't wait to start it!

Think I'm gonna dust off the unread copy of Dracula by Bram Stoker. That is if I can find it.

That reminds me ('cos Draccy is one of them), I always wanted to go back and read books that we studied in school and read all the annotations and notes I made. I'm soo doing that later.

I have just finished reading the original Jurassic Park novel by the late Michael Crichton...what a great read!

The next novel i'm probably going to read is The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, which has been sitting on my shelf for six years and still hasn't been completed!

The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

I recently found the full trilogy (in four parts, Mostly Harmless isn't included) in one book amongst all our other packed books, so I'm going through that.
