Just finished reading the book A Girl's Gotta Eat by Michelle Valentine, it was pure crap. It was boring and predictable. A waste of time to read. It took me less than a 24 hours to read.

yesterday I finished both cutting and high fidelity.

I'm reading The Scarlet Letter for English. I kind of have to get used to the style- so far, it seems like one of those books where the author takes a paragraph to describe a pile of bricks.

According to Ex's sig, I'm a ****ing ****.

I know the Shannara boks are good...one of my brothers read them, and I read part of that first one when I was a kid.

I'm currently reading "The Audacity of Hope" by Barack Obama.

The Two Swords by R.A. Salvatore.

Part III of The Hunter's Blades Trilogy.

Finally I'm finishing this. The preceding series before this, The Legend of Drizzt, was 13 books long. This makes the 16th book of the series and there's already 3 more in another trilogy ahead of this one. Given I did stop reading for about 2 years. I absolutely love the books, though and entirely recommend the whole...19 book series to any fantasy buff.

I'm a big fan of the Drizzt character (except for when I'm trying to pronounce his name, lol!), but I really can't say that I enjoy Salvatore's writing.

I've tried sharing the novels with some friends and it's been very hit and miss. A few are absolutely hooked now and others are utterly repulsed. -Shrug- Oh well, to each their own, I suppose.

By the way, I'm fairly certain it's pronounced "Drisst". Not 100%, though.
