Shoeless Joe by W.P. Kinsella...kind of surprised at how it has started, so far it seems like the movie (fields of dreams) was way better than the book, which doesnt happen too ofter

And I'm thinking aboutstartingmy next summer reading book, The Secret Life of Bees

Smile hi

hi dear all friend I am new in this site.....

The health benefits of chocolate come from the antioxidant flavonoids that it contains. Recent studies suggest that adding dark chocolate to your diet can result in reduced blood pressure. Studies have also shown that dark chocolate can reduce the risk of heart attack. Chocolate is also a good de-stressor. Many women take a little chocolate everyday to help them relax during a busy work day. But remember that the health benefits apply only to dark chocolate. The more coco-solids the chocolate has, the more antioxidants it contributes. So here are some of the benefits of eating dark chocolate
· Dark Chocolates reduce the risk of heart attack
· They may decrease blood pressure
· They may increase insulin sensitivity
· They may improve arterial blood flow
· They may help people with chronic fatigue syndrome
