I'm re-reading a favorite Carl Hiaasen (Stormy Weather) because I don't really have time to go to the library and pick something out.

I tried reading Catch-22 but it just wasn't paying off for all the effort I was putting into it.

Anita: if she were in front of me i would punch her in the throat just b/c of the way she types

see? it's not just me.

I want to read that series so bad. I've been searching and searching for it in ebook form.

Right now I'm reading the Artemis Fowl series (book 2) by Eoin Colfer.

You're such an inspiration for the ways that I will never ever choose to be.

"What Dreams may Come" -Richard Matheson

definitely a very beautiful book, I've read it before and enjoyed it. I love the concept Matheson uses for the afterlife.

Ghosts of Spain - by Giles Tremlett

If you have any interest in Spain at all or just an interest in geo-politics and general culture this book is fantastic.

Ive been to Spain many times and spent a great deal of time there, but only since reading this book(Im only halfway through) do I feel that Im begining to understand the Spanish, I must admit Im starting to become captivated by them.

I'm rereading The Road by Cormac McCarthy. With the exception of reading Where the Red Fern Grows more than once as a kid, it's the first time I've given something a second viewing out of awesomeness.

I've just finished reding Unloved by Peter Roche.
It's a true story about a child who was physically abused by his parents and it really is heartbreaking.
Even though it is a true story there is still a surprising twist at the end that will leave you extremely angry and even more upset at the poor boys plight.
It is a great book though and a real eye opener.
I really can't understand how he survived.

Clicking on the link may well spoil the ending a bit if you do decide to read it.

I would reccomend buying it, if only to help him put a few more pennies in his back pocket.
But it IS well written.

The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.

When I started reading it I was really into it. It says that everything was based on fact but I checked it out on the interwebs. It is all bull****. So I struggle to get into now but I only have a few tens of pages left.
