Currently re-reading Kurt Vonnegut's "Player Piano". Awesome book.

But I'm switchig between this and Kafka's "The Trial" in German. That's probably my third attempt, but every time I try reading it, I get to read something more interesting.

I am currently reading. The Life and Times of Babe Ruth by Leigh Montville. I just started the book today and so far so good, I can't wait to keep reading it.

"How to hit home runs: I swing as hard as I can, and I try to swing right through the ball...The harder you grip the bat, the more you can swing it through the ball, and the farther the ball will go. I swing big, with everything I've got. I hit big or I miss big. I like to live as big as I can." Babe Ruth

Started reading The Big Bad Wolf, by James Patterson.

I think his style is quite interesting, as (in this book, anyway) the writing style changes from third person to first person, depending on the character involved in that chapter. I've never seen that before; normally it's all done from one perspective.

I am the only one of my kind. An oddity; unique. An abberation. Do you know what it's like? To be utterly alone? So alone...Is it any wonder I scream with rage and sorrow?
