Card Towers

Anybody here good at making card towers?

I've messed around with these over the years but haven't ever built anything over three stories high (cards standing up the long way).

Does anybody have any tips on building card towers?

I may end up weighing 500lbs but I'll still find a way to pull it off sexily at the nudist colony. ~ysabel

Make sure that you don't have any little brothers present. They tend to find joy in ruining my creations. Building them on carpet helps as well, that way the bottom doesn't slide out from under. I used to build my card castles around things. Put action figures in them and stuff, and then knock them down to see what kind of positions the figurine would land in.

amirite, or amirite?

Well yeah. I've tried carpet which works great for the first level but after that it doesn't matter lol.

I've seen people make towers that are 50+ stories tall (card stories). I can't imagine how they are able to do that.

card towers have never been a talent of mine, I've just always been ok at it. My towers were always simple and not very tall there really wasn't much to be excited about, carpet does help a lot though.

"Ohh! OOOhhh!!!-Oh and again! I made it. I know it. I can't see it but I know I made it. Oh my God I made it. Alright, don't give up. This is for everything. This is when I don't have to do it. This one right here is when I don't have to do it, which leaves nothing else but the one. No I don't think so. Not there. God I wish I could turn the volume-OH **** Aahhh son of a **** I talk too much. ****." - 00vega -
