I'll have to go and look at them the next time I'm at the bank. I could swear that they are 1805 silver Dollars but I could be wrong..I bought up all the silver that the pawn shop that I worked in at the time had.

I have six bars of silver but only one is marked 1888 I think it's the only one.
I bought 48 silver coins and six bars of silver in late 98 and i have them rat bagged for a rainy day.

The funny thing is silver has tripled in value since I bought them. I can post a few pics of the coins after the weekends over and i have time to do it.

I want to get the 1888 bar authenticated and find out where it came from cause there is a Stars and Bars logo on it and a serial Number on it as well.

I guess I should realy get that one looked at. Thanks for the info on the Towers coin..What about the painted coins are they worth anything, or good to collect?

right now they're just collectors coins but they aren't really valuable at all right now, someday they will be just not yet, the paint will really show how well the coins have been taken care of, keep them and they will be worth something eventually.

Yes and definitely get that coin looked at it's worth knowing what you have.

"Ohh! OOOhhh!!!-Oh and again! I made it. I know it. I can't see it but I know I made it. Oh my God I made it. Alright, don't give up. This is for everything. This is when I don't have to do it. This one right here is when I don't have to do it, which leaves nothing else but the one. No I don't think so. Not there. God I wish I could turn the volume-OH **** Aahhh son of a **** I talk too much. ****." - 00vega -
