The Red River Shootout is Saturday at 12:00 pm Eastern on ABC. Anyone else looking forward to this game? Both teams have been destroying their opponents, though neither team has played anyone very good yet. I haven't watched Texas play yet this year, but Colt McCoy and the offense are putting up monster numbers. Oklahoma's offense has so many weapons and they've looked unstoppable.

I think I'll be cheering for Texas since they're the underdog, but I don't know if they can keep up with Oklahoma's offense. It'll be a fun game to watch for sure.

It should be one hell of a game. It really could go either way with how amazing both teams offenses seem. I really am not rooting for one team or the other.

Texas won 45-35. You were right, Vince, it was a hell of a game. Oklahoma went up early and their offense couldn't be stopped, but I was really impressed by the way Texas kept fighting back. The refs made some terrible calls against Oklahoma but I don't think it affected the outcome of the game. Texas was the better team. I think they deserve to move up to #1.

Well, Texas is #1 this week. I think they earned it. I was watching parts of the game at a tailgate party before the OSU game yesterday and it was damn exciting to watch.
