An absolutely awesome movie. Two thumbs wwaayyy the hell up. I'm not too keen on most of the comic book adaptions, most of them have disappointed me, however, Marvel out did themselves. The last fight was a little lacking in my opinion, but ultimately the movie over all was MUCH better than I expected.

*Claps* Great job Marvel.

This was probably one of the better movies I have seen in a long time. I honestly can't really describe why I liked it. All I know is that as I left the theatre I was totally content and couldn't have been happier.

Thats exactly what I felt too. I mean visually it was great, dialogue was humurous and the action wasn't half bad, but I can't really pin point one specific reason why it was so good. But I left thinking that was one of the best damn movies I've seen in a long time.

All in all this was a really enjoyable movie. I wish I stayed at the end credits to find out what the hell happened. DAMMIT!! lol I've really caught up on my MARVEL comics the last couple of years and this movie did not disappoint. Robert Downey Jr. was Tony Stark. It was almost like watching the actually comic book in motion. 2 thumbs up.

Saw it last night, spectacular movie.

I saw it last night and it was worth the 10 bucks for the tickets! Downey played an awesome Tony Stark, I was thoroughly impressed with his performance. The CG's on this movie were perfect...had a person not known any better it would be easy to forget they even use CG's in this flick.

The best part about this movie is the adaption they've made from the comic to the theatres. The plot of this movie was so believable, I was extremely impressed. Aside from 1 or 2 "uncomfortable love" scenese between Pepper and Tony, this movie was moving constantly.

9.5 out of 10

````````````````````````````
I did have just One Complaint..... and it came in the last seconds of the movie. Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury? Are you kidding me? Thats a waste of a good character IMO. Jackson does not do so well in these kind of movies, I think he overacts which makes him look semi retarded with a loud mouth and a specialty with F-Bombs. His last few movies have been outrageously dissapointing (Black Snake Moan, Snakes on a Plane, XXX State of the Union, Unbreakable, Shaft etc). The only Time I ever enjoy seeing SLJ on the big screen are in movies that fit him such as Coach Carter, Die Hard III, and a few select others.
If he stinks up the place in an Iron Man II as Nick Fury...I wont be surprised, he's an overrated actor IMO and I hate seeing all the buzz about "ooo its Samuel L" when he shows up in a movie.
I really enjoyed the movie as well and am looking forward to the sequel. Aside from batman, most of the superhero movies as of late have sucked and it was nice they finally managed to make a good one.
