This may be true, but Magneto can bring up magnetic shield, which is basically impassable, I saw that somewhere. And how unlikely is that there'd be absolutely no metal to swish into his brain?
I'll concede that, yes, up close, Joker would have the upper hand, but whats to stop Magneto sending a wee bit of iron straight through him?

Magneto can kill folks by simply tearing the iron out of their bloodstream. Given that, I wouldn't give the Joker good odds against him. Plus, I think Magneto is just generally more collected.

But Magneto like, never does so, so I have to wonder, what does it take for him to do that? Sure it's possible, but I doubt it's anywhere near as easy as throwing an iron bar.
But like I said, the joker's not stupid. He would know how to handle Magneto.

Depends, the Joker gets collected as he has to be. He may not act it, but he plans stuff out.

I wouldn't think its particularly harder though - the Human body's just so much fat and water.
And, actually, he does it on the film.

Thats in X-men 2 and he can only do it because mystique injects it into the guard of his cell after seducing him. Theres not enough iron in the blood normally for him to pull off such a trick.

True. But I was talking abut the effort involved, not how the Iron got there in the first place.

Yeah, either way it was pretty cool anyway. I wonder if the Spider-man / Batman cross over was any good. Anyone read it or anything? I think the Spider-man clone faces off with Joker.
