Well as we all know the Bat has some of the coolest gadgets know to comic earth.
He is also a master of several marital arts styles and disciplines with several black belts in non-lethal means it also helps that he is filthy rich and owns owns half of Gotham and several tech companies all over the world and has unlimited resources..

But then again Tony Stark AKA Iron Man has all that too (minus the Gotham thing) plus the kick **** armor.

So who would win?
Well that all depends on where the battle took place. If it was a full on fight with both the Bat and Iron Man at full power then I would have to say pull up a chair, cause you will be there for a while.

Both the Bat and Iron Man will run of of toys and energy blast after a bit plus the armor will be heavily damaged (knowing the Bat) it will come down to skill and the Bat has Iron Man beat hands down once again when it come to hand to hand fighting skills.

Iron Man would put up a good fight but I don't think he has what it takes to beat the Bat.

So I say Batman would win.
