I'm less sure about this part. Emperor Joker shows that Batman's mental breaking point comes before superman (as he's still human, and not something more as supes is). All supes has to do is make use of that.

Yes but the bats breaking point is his parents and he will use it to fuel his fight, ask the joker..he would tell you but his jaw is wired shut and he is in Arkham at the moment.

Superman has several weaknesses to use against him, not just the kryptonite, there is Lois, Fortress of solitude, his boy scout nature, batman isn't afraid to get down and dirty.
