Batman wins if he's ready for it, and he's always ready.
But supes has one huge advantage, the same one as the flash, he's faster than the bat could possibly ever react against. A quick hard attack from nowhere and supes wins.

well, I think we need to set some restrictions. for example, Batman can't just pull a stick of kryptonite out. I think the only tools allowed to either party should be a metal folding chair.
in which case, Superman wins.

Congrats. You've completely removed what really makes Batman useful.

The greatest superpower is always intelligence. Batman has beaten Superman on every occasion where they’ve met as adversaries.
Superman, from the Lords of Justice, took a serious beat-down from Batman. Batman laid the smack-down on our own Superman in Metropolis just to get information on the whereabouts of the Joker.
Not only does Batman know perfectly well about Superman’s weakness to Kryptonite, he also knows how to find or create other weaknesses in his foes.
There is already a comic book out wherein Batman beats Superman in just such a fashion. He is old in the comic book and using a combination of kryptonite and a mechanical bat suit he beats Superman using high voltages of electricity.
And and then there the is the fact that the Bat is prepared for any Hero to go rogue, so he has anti hero stuff for all the JLA and other Hero's out there just in case he has to bring them down, and he has had to use them on more than one occasion.
Saying that, here's why Batman would win a fight against Superman: Even without Kryptonite, though Batman, too would eventually tire, I do believe that Bruce Wayne, Batman, would find a way to tire out Superman first. Superman may have super speed, but everyone has to tire eventually, and even the semmingly-invulnerable have their breaking points - it's just a matter of finding them. Batman's strength alone is no math for the man of steel's, but with his weapons, gadgets, vehicles and intellect, Batman would find a way to gain the advantage in the fight. Even if it were merely man to man with no weapons of any sort, Batman would last long enough to dig deep into Superman's head and find a way to physiologically make him weaker. Bruce, too, has his weak points mentally, namely his parents, but in combat like this, that would seem to only add fuel to the fire, giving Batman more motivation to win.

I didn't realize they had fought before in comics. Good cases there though.
I guess I was basing my answer off of man to man without vehicles. But you have to admit Superman is a lot stronger. How fast would it take him to kill Batman if he got some unblocked blows in?
