i dont think so because i have used this option when i was not getting quite a few things i wanted and some were priced appropriately, but some higher. i needed them desperately so had to pay the higher price also

I guess I haven't been on ebay enough lately to even notice this feature. I hadn't seen it, so haven't used it. I guess I'll have to go and check it out.

its a pretty useful option incase you are not getting what you are looking for. much more useful for buyers
