My favorite games are all the Elder Scrolls series, they just have such an expansive world the games are almost never ending with things to do, Rise of Nations, a real time strat. game that is better than any other ive played. And of course who doesnt love Oregon Trial. That game is just frikin sweet.

If you like RPGs, go with The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind or Oblivion. Both amazing games, that will devour your mortal soul for at least a month.
If you like a little FPS with your RPGs, go STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl. Its got RPG elements in a solid FPS game. (I'm currently playing it). Or try Hellgate London. If you like plain, vanilla FPS, go for Crysis (if your computer can handle it), Half Life 2, Doom 3, or FEAR. If you're into Racing, you might like any of the Need For Speed games. Most Wanted was pretty good, Carbon looks great (haven't gotten my hands on it yet.) Or you could always try Test Drive Unlimited. Its an addictive game as well. And then there is Colin McRae's DiRT. Lego StarWars (the whole series) are great games aswell, along with Mafia, and Call of Juarez. |

For classic System Shock 2 was one of the best ever
Another classic Far Cry For current titles COD4 (excellent but too short) Crysis is great just feels a little too much like far cry, and Bioshock was and insanely good FPS with decent length, great ai, wonderful environments and good story line. For my multiplayer I stll play Battlefield 2. How many pixels do you think we are?

Did you beat COD2 on Veteran, servant? That game seems ridiculously hard to me for some reason. I'm on the last part of the first American mission, and I've been stuck there since yesterday.

System Shock 2 was a letdown for me. I heard all the fanboy squabble about how it's supposed to be one the best, most frightening games ever made, but I never felt it.
The Doom series was always my favorite with Unreal close behind it. |

I'm going to have to go with the Half-Life series. Valve continues to impress the hell out of me.
