I need help finding out the name of this game I used to play when I was a young lad. It was an old school first person shooter and it took place in a building that was filled with guys dressed in suits; it kind of looked like you were in a government building or something. There was also security guards with body armor and two pistols and bald dudes with shotguns and chains. I can remember quite a bit of it but I just cant remember the name and its pissing me off. If someone knows what I'm talking about, please tell me the name of it. Thanks in advance.

Was it any of the Duke Nukem games?

It wasnt hitman or duke nukem. I remember playing it on the macintosh; it was set up kind of like doom where you have armor and ammo and health and such. The closer you got to dying the more your shirt would be ripped up. As far as the storyline goes I'm not entirely sure of it other than you had small objectives like getting a red piece of paper that was supposed to be a document. Also, the bald guys would laugh before they shot you and the guys with two pistols would make grunt noises. Sorry if this sounds repetative but I'm kind of at a loss. Thanks for replying though.

edit: While trying to find the answer, I noticed the same post by this user on another forum and they found the answer for him. It was Prime Target, an old MacSoft game from 1997 apparently. Never heard of it myself.
