Anyone else looking forward to playing Spore? If I'm not mistaken they still plan to release it on September the 7th.

I have decided not to put any more of my money into EA's claws. I was going to buy the creature creator just for fun, but EA wants me to pay an additional 6USD to remember if I bought the thing, and you cannot back up your installer anywhere. Basically, if it messes up installing, you either pay 16 for them to put a yes or no next to your name, or you pay 20 total to download again. Also, they outright lie to you -- the creature creator thing doesn't come with "everything" at all -- only 50-75% of it. This has convinced me that EA doesn't diserve any money from me (amongst other transgressions in the past).

I'm buying this the second I can. I do have the free creature creator. Since I'm going to buy the actuall game, though i'm not going to pay for the creator.
