Virginity should't matter, as long as the person you're doing it with is only doing it with you then theres no problem, though someone who's done it with tons of people to me makes me feel they're dirty (and not in the way people would like)
What is the media's role in shaping or affecting our views on "virginity"? How does it do this?
The media seems to show sex as something that we have to do as a teenager, and that its something to be embarrased if you're still a virgin when you're in your very late teens. TV shows I find are the worse offenders, where the teens in them are running off and having sex before you can even say 'happy 16th birthday', it gives the impression that as soon as you get to the age of consent you must lose it or there's something wrong with you.
Such as, do you have a stereotypical view or virgins (Such as the "ugly girl" or "pure and innocent girl")?
Stereotypes kinda stems from the media, if you're a virgin then it's because you're ugly or have been dictated by conservative parents during your life and seem naïve and dull. Personally I don't have any stereotypes about virgins, I've never thought about it, it's either something you are or you aren't, no big deal.
