He would have destroyed anybody in is path, but still sometimes would not like to fight because Vegeta would of get tired of Goku in is body.

What if Goku didn't know that Gohan could beat Cell?

Seeing how he trained him, he'd know that he could beat him. He knows about how his strength increases from his anger so there wouldn't be any way for him not to know that Gohan couldn't beat Cell. Besides, Gohan's his son, he has faith in him.

What if Akira Toriyama had inlcuded movie characters like Cooler & Broly in the manga & Cell had some of Cooler's & Broly's cells in him?

What if Broly had became a Z Fighter & in the Buu saga had fused with Goku?

Everybody wouldn't be going SSJ3. If Piccolo hadn't trained Gohan then he'd be weaker than he was by the end of Buu saga. They wouldn't have ever known about the potential he could've had so he'd be a bit weaker. Also, if Piccolo doesn't train Gohan, the whole chain of events will change which means no Z Fighters fighting Frieza, no Cell & no Buu. Also, if they don't fight the villains they'll never die which means they won't reach SSJ3 because SSJ3 can only be reached by training in the afterlife.

What if Cell would've absorbed more of Piccolo's essence and some of Vegeta's, then Android 18?

Actually no like I said with Kakarrot being around Gohan would train, and yes not everybody would reach SS3 however Gohan and Kakarrot still have one more year in the ROSAT so with that they could achieve SS3, but the rest of what i said would happen.

I believe Cell would become strong but would not be Perfect Cell because the only way he could become Perfect is if he absorbed Android 17 and 18.

What if Goku never got hit with an apple on is head.

He would most likely become just like Turlus was in Tree of Might.

What if King Piccolo would have wished for immortality instead of eternal youth?

First off he would of never died also, he would be able to take a lot more punishment in fights, and would like forever.

What if Goku never learned Instant Transportation

It would have been interesting for King Piccolo to destroy Frieza eventually and rule the universe, since he is more evil the Frieza.

In Trunks' timeline he would have not been able to stop Frieza and King Cold, so Earth would have been destroyed, which would actually mean that the series would just end there, because Trunks wouldnt be able to use a time machine to come back and warn them of the Androids.

What if Tambourine would have killed Goku like he thought?

Well I still think he would of been wished back to earth, and he would have been more determined to trained harder and beat him afterwards.
