I won't see it in the movie theaters but I'll defenitely watch it on DVD or when it comes out on the Satelitte. It was obvious that the hair wouldn't look the same. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of disapointed people after they see this movie, because the expectations will be so high and there's going to be a lot of things different from the anime.

I agree. I kinda have mixed emotions about this movie, but I'm giving it a fighting chance for the most part because of Stephen Chow being apart of the production. I really like his movies and if anyone can do Dragonball justice I believe he can. Though, I'm still wondering what Piccolo is gonna look like.

Using humans rarely works in having cartoons/anime come alive. They should have taken a tip from SquareSoft and did what they did with Final Fantasy: Advent Children. CGI and 3D DragonBallZ. Take a look at an image from FF: AC:
Much cooler. And, it would've been taken more seriously. :x

I agree that doesn't look bad, but if memory serves this picture is a few years old around the time they annonced a DBZ movie which was scrapped. This was a pic I found of a poster, but I don't know if it's fake or not. They are obviously really shy of showing what King Piccolo looks like in the movie.

Yeah, that type of animation is as real as anime gets. Squall's hair is really awesome.
