You cannot teach motivation.

Get the Book Small businesses for dummies. I would also recommend that your read Business and econ 101 as well.

Try taking some business classes in college. This isn't the kind of thing anyone here will be able to teach you in a couple minutes.

Thanks for everyone, but you know I really feel that may be most of us really need to explore our self. I mean we have many hidden skills, but may be this time we are not utilizing them or may be not in right direction. So I am looking for some one who can really understand me, my thinking and my abilities then gave me advise what to do in life to be more successful.
