I love watching the videos. I've never really tried any of the moves though. Looks like it requires a lot of practice.

yeah i started like 3 years ago never really like making vids though its pretty hard it took me like a year to execute perfect backflip

I like watching the vids,makes me laugh to think that when i was a teen doing things like jumping off roofs,climbing and jumping walls and stairs,me and my friends were called hoodlums and vandals.
Now 20 years down the line you can join clubs to learn how to do it.
The more advanced stuff looks fantastic!.
Just wish my body was up to the challenge of that kind of abuse.

well i started when i saw my friends doing it so i didnt really learn it in a gym if trained on grass and i broke a bone once trying to do a backflip but its really hard to find where to practice i suggest to start doing some ground gymnastics that helps alot with the basic flip but parkour i think you have to learn it by yourself
