This is per wwe.com and there's some good news. At least from where I sit.

WWE announced the following rules for the Unforgiven 5-man Scramble match on the WWE Fan Nation site:
* The match has a 20-minute time limit. The champion and a randomly selected challenger will start the match, with a new challenger entering the match every five minutes.
* If a Superstar scores a pinfall or submission on any other Superstar in the match, he is declared the "temporary" champion for match purposes (and is not officially recognized as champion in the title history). He holds that designation until another Superstar scores a subsequent pinfall or submission on any other Superstar.

Every 5 minutes? Seems a bit long to me. Maybe a 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes and 1 minute would've been better? I don't know, I just think 5 minutes per each wrestler is a bit long. Ahh, I'll wait until the match happens before I criticize. ^_^
The rest of it looks good. I was wondering if they would be recognized in title history or not.

I think its unfair Punk has to start the match. Where's the championship advantage?
That's a good point. Now, every time they decide to use this new stipulation the champion will always get the shaft. It would've been more entertaining if they decided to make the champion enter at random as well. And more fair (not like it matters, but still...).

Yeah I wouldnt have minded him entering random as well. That's how it is in the elimination chamber. Why should be this be different?
Oh **** I forgot...its innovative.
Whatever.

You know what I think they should do, combine both of them. Instead of having the chamber, have 5 cages above the ring with each wrestler in one. Every XX minutes, lower one down and open the cage. The same pinfall rules apply.
I would love to see that. Having wrestlers above you shaking their cage ready to fight. That would build the match up even more, and you could even having wrestlers do stuff to keep the match entertaining (yelling, mocking, ect...).
