A cheese course! oh my god can you imagine?!??!
I fricken love cheese, it doesn't usually have a chance to get moldy in my refrigerator. I did let a package of sliced pepper jack go bad a couple weeks ago, I threw it out. It pained me to do so. |

I'd just cut it off and eat the rest. Now if the cheese was moldy and hard I would throw it out, but a little free penicillin won't hurt you.
