Expired Cheese
You open your refrigerator door to take out some cheese, when you open the package you see some some mold on there. What do you do, do you just cut the piece of Mold off and eat the rest? Or you throw the entire thing out?
Personally I throw the entire thing out, I wouldn't be able to eat it, because in the back of my mind, I know there was a piece of mold on this cheese.

You can pretend you have Roquefort.
I'm not a cheese eater which is a shame because we actually have cheese courses here during our meals. I let my husband manage the cheese stock in our fridge but frankly, I have no idea how to tell if it's still good or "must throw away" because they all naturally stink and could be with mold.

I don't eat cheese all that much but if I saw mold on the cheese in our fridge I'd throw it out. I am very funny about gone off food since I found some grey ham in my fridge!

I am a pretty big cheese eater however recently I've been cutting back on milk a ton (one bowl of cereal in a week).
If there's mold growing on cheese I'll throw it out, cheese gets a completely new taste if any part of it was molding.

This one right here is when I don't have to do it, which leaves nothing else but the one. No I don't think so. Not there. mold should give the cheese a unique flavor, as that is how cheese is made, adding mold to curds :)

I just cut the mold off.
Cheese is nothing more than rotten milk and other ingredients anyway... So yeah it doesnt make sense to me to throw out moldy cheese.
The only cheese I'd actually throw away would be if it got hard. I dont like hard cheese.

I'd throw it out. I'm quite picky about food being fresh.

Cheese is one of the foods that you can cut it off (well, with the hard varieties at least, soft cheeses should be thrown out), most though, if there's any mold, it's all bad.

I've worked with food a lot and I'm sorry to say but in shops, cafes, deli counters etc they just cut off the fluff and sell/use it anyway.
The cheese in my fridge never gets a chance to go off though.
I LOVE cheese!
