I'm not a big fan of Asian buffets to be honest with you, I'll eat maybe a few things here and there.
I voted for the Italian Buffet, I'm a huge fan of Italian food. Speghatti being the best from them all.

Italian Buffet hands down, I can eat 1 plate of pasta and be full, yet keep eating it because it's very good!
I hate chinese food with a passion, I got a story behind that but in a nutshell. Whenever I'd eat dumblings I'd throw. Whenever I ate fried rice I got constipated, whenever i ate honey fried chicken it tasted like ****. So i told my self, frget about this ****, and stopped eating chnese food.
Italian buffet is the best for me, I can eat it for breakfast.. lmao i dont even need that breakfast choice.. for breakfast i eat spaghetti and meat eitherway.

That's the thing about buffets, there's so much food that you really can't get a good sample of everything because there are just too many choices.
I love buffets because you can have as much food as you want before you have to stop, but then you can keep going.

Asian food is the best hands down for one reason.... chicken. You can't go wrong with chicken, especially when it's spicy and surrounded in noodles and rice.
