What's Your Favorite Foreign Dish or Food?
I haven't posted here in a while, so I'll give it a go. And, how surprising. I's about food XD
Right now I have a taste for plantines. I suppose that not too much food is foreign to America since we have lots of cultures and whatever food here, but plantines stray away from the traditional greasified foods considered American. You can say what your favorite Chinese or Mexican ish is as well. Although those are found everywhere (here in America), it still technically is foreign. I guess.
Answer the question or die!

I would have to say Indian Curry, that stuff is mad picy and deliious. I had some that looked like turkey gravey colored broth with rice and chicken, man it was delicious!! Ever since that plate I haven't gotten enough of the stuff, and let me tell you it will keep your insides warm for hours on end, so be warned! Lol.
Besides that, I like some miso soup, didn't before but its something you have to aquire a taste for. Probably because I've never had tofu before it tastes different, but eventualy it just tastes like whatever meat/ingredients it assimulates.

Besides the all Japanese, Chinese, Thai etc. food, I like real mexican food too.
If I had to choose a favorite though, I would say spicy udon with spicy seafood.

My mother makes some incredible pasta and meatball dishes, those are my favorite Italian foods.
In terms of other cuisine, I'm a sushi fan. Anything with seafood is good for me.

Umm, I tried a Russian pastry this weekend called Baklava at a friends house this weekend. His mother is pure old school Russian and made this for us, it was light and delicious, I would recommend it to anyone who can find it.
