Zucchini & Cucumbers. They can grow to insane proportions with just a little extra effort.
Also I've always enjoyed growing my own corn, theres nothing quite like shucking home grown corn.

Tomatoes will always be my favorite. There is nothing better than a warm sun kissed tomato eaten right after it's been picked.
I grew pumpkins one year and they did work out pretty well. The only problem was all the space they needed to grow.
