My favorite GBA game would have to be Pokemon Mystery Dungeon considering I don't have Mario and Luigi or Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories yet.

Pokemon leafgreen, when I was 9 years old i used to play the first gen pokemon games, Red/blue/yellow, so playing the remake on GBA was really fun,even though I don't like pokemon anymore, as a RPG its great.
