you do know about the shop that sells the shield for 90 right? It's not too annoying if you go to that specific shop.
Ok man I'm gonna have to help you out on this so you don't waster your time. from the starting screen. up, left, left, up, right, up. once you get to this screen just burn the tree on the corner and the shop is right there. I finally beat it. Ganon was pretty easy. Finding the silver arrow was probably the hardest part of the level.
This is definitely one of my favorite Zelda games now. Thanks for all your help, Dave. Now on to the second quest. Edit: Forgot to mention that my final death count was 31. Some of those were suicides so I could quit and save. I think I could beat the first quest in less than 5 deaths next time. Last edited by Echoes; 01-30-2008 at 06:36 PM.. |

you should try and do it without dying, I have been playing a bit of LoZ before I get A Link To The Past on Friday, I am on level 4 right now, I forgot how easy this game was, I already have all of the heart containers and the magic shield and the white sword which I have had since before I even entered the first dungeon.

I beat it with two deaths. The first one was in the 4th level, and the second was a suicide. This game is too easy after you know what to do, especially after getting the blue ring and magical sword and if you use the red potion. Now I'm definitely ready for the second quest.
